Introduction

XtremWerk has developed the one and only twin frame turbo setup based on the Xona Rotor turbochargers for the S58 platform. Over the last twelve months we have been testing and looking for further improvements before releasing our product to the community.

What does XW-1XTT stands for?

XW = XtremWerk

1X = represents the horsepower capabilities of the setup divided by 100. Which is basically above 1000 horsepower

Turbo choice

What makes our setup special is the amount of turbo configuration options to go with depending on you goals! You can switch turbos anytime without any further modifications of the setup!

We will offer/suggest the setup with the turbochargers we have tested/consider a good match.

Based on our test results and gathered data we would suggest to use .62 A/R Turbo Housings.

What makes our setup special is, that you can go either with the 160mm compressor housing (X2C) or the 200mm compressor housing (X3C) *aka Twin Single.

We divide the turbo option on compressor housings and turbine wheel size.

Features and options

XW-1XTT is already a complete product, however some customisations and additional features are offered.

Standard Features included in the setup:

Heat management package:
as standard we provide the setup with full heat management package:
- Heat shielded turbo housings
- Heat shielded downpipes
- Heat shielded oil and coolant lines

Downpipes:
as standard the setup will be delivered with catless downpipes made of high-quality stainless steel.

Intake:
as standard the setup will be delivered without intake.

Stealth coolant overflow relocation kit

Standard location of the coolant overflow is very close to the turbos and manifolds. It is exposed to increased heat and could suffer damage in some cases. To free additional space and address the standard location issue, we have developed a stealth relocation kit for the coolant overflow.

Our relocation setup doesn’t require any wire modifications. It uses the OEM harness and connector. All fittings are OEM style and no reuse/modification of OEM lines is necessary.

The stealth coolant overflow relocation kit can be purchased also separately from the XW-1XTT setup.

Shipping & Return

When will my item ship?

All turbo setups are build on order after payment is received.

Production time is 4-6 weeks. After setup is ready, we ship with DHL Express worldwide.

Which courier will my item ship with?

Couriers used vary. We work with 2 or more courier companies and we chose which logistics company to ship with depending on multiple factors such as ease of import, ease of shipment, delivery time, availiability of warehouse in your area and others. If you have clicked a certain courier when checking out, we may have to change the courier the item was sent with if we believe the item will arrive safer, quicker and with less hassle using a different company.

Imports into states outside of the European Union.

We ship worldwide to every country on the globe. Once the item is in the buyer's country territory the buyer will need to handle importing the item on local soil. At this point local laws, regulations and fees on import apply which need to be covered by the buyer of the item. If an item stays more than 2 weeks uncalled for at a logistics warehouse it will be returned to XtremWerk at our expense. The ammount paid for the return of the item will be then need to be covered by the buyer for us to ship the product again. If the buyer decides the item is unwanted, than the price for the return will be taken out of the funds refunded to the buyer.

Transportation Damages.

- If a broken item is received, and noticed up on arrival, please let the
delivery person know.
- If it is realized later on, make sure it is within 10 days of receiving the
item - preferably within 3-4 days maximum.
- In both cases, call the delivery company’s branch in your country
and open a case.

- Please comply with the standard company’s procedure for
damages, and do not withhold and item, or information about it!
- Please explicitly explain to the courier company’s inspectors what
has happened, and state that the item was damaged during
shipping, and you want to be compensated for that - please make
sure they do not believe it is a case of you not wanting the item and
wishing to return it. Put it in writing to us and as an email to the
courier company in your country.
- It takes sometimes up to three months for the courier to respond for
a given claim and refunds amount from 20% to 95% of the item’s
price.
- Since XtremWerk LTD. bought the insurance, the sum from
the delivery expert will be sent to us and it will be forwarded to the client within the
next 5 working days! *Note - we might need further details such as
banking information. Client will be contacted separately*
