BMW S58 Single Turbo Full Frame Top Mount Equal Length Xona Setup

Introduction

XtremWerk has developed unique single turbo true equal length top mount full frame setup for the S58 platform. The mission is to offer real-world usable power setup manufactured from high quality materials and perfect fitment. The single turbo Xona top mount setup is based on Xonas X3C, X4C and X5C frame.

Turbo choice

The setup can be configured with Xona X3C/X4C Turbochargers.

As for turbo options, we suggest:
Xona X4C XRE7169s (rated flow over 120 lbs/min)
Xona X4C XRE7475s (rated flow over 130 lbs/min)
Xona X5C XRC8082 (rated flow over 150+ lbs/min)

*in case different size is wished, all Xona X3C/X4C/X5C Turbo options can be used.

Standard Features included in the setup:

Heat management package:
as standard we provide the setup with full heat management package:
- Heat shielded turbo housings
- Heat shielded downpipes
- Heat shielded oil and coolant lines

Stealth coolant overflow relocation kit

Standard location of the coolant overflow is very close to the turbos and manifolds. It is exposed to increased heat and could suffer damage in some cases. To free additional space and address the standard location issue, we have developed a stealth relocation kit for the coolant overflow.

Relocation kit content:

• Relocation Bracket
• 3x Plug and Play Coolant lines with OEM style fittings
• Billett adapter
• M8 Bolt and M6 Nut

Our relocation setup doesn’t require any wire modifications. It uses the OEM harness and connector. All fittings are OEM style and no reuse/modification of OEM lines is necessary.

The stealth coolant overflow relocation kit can be purchased also separately.
